Each piece is individually made to order, so it takes a little time to reach you. Everything you need to know about delivery, sizing and returns is below.
Each piece is individually made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to create your piece before it heads out to you.
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days for delivery. All orders ship free within the continental US. Every order ships in a special box, wrapped with care. International orders may be charged import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in the price.
International shipping generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
We accept pieces (excluding custom work) in their original condition for store credit toward your next purchase. Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of the day your piece arrives.
For pieces that don't fit properly, we will gladly work with you to find the right size.
Contact us to start a return. Include your order number and let us know the reason for your return. You'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive store credit and a confirmation email.
